I printed onto matte photo card. I scored & folded then cut out the top slots using my craft knife. I fastened the front & back of the top section together using DST & wet glue then placed through the slots & secured using DST.

I finished assembling the base triangle using DST. The decoupage was added using 2mm foam pads then I finished with card candy.
