Printed outer card twice & insert once onto matte photo card. Scored & folded card base then attached insert panel using DST. from second copy I cut out the bears to decoupage using 2mm foam pads.
I added red gems to finish. I printed the envelope onto 160gsm decoupage paper.
Scored & folded then secured with DST.
