I printed the card base and insert onto 225 gsm white card. I printed the toppers onto glossy photo paper and layered with 3D glue gel.
I added diamond glitter to the pattern on the small teardrops and sentiment and dotted fabric paint around the teardrops - pink on the large one and yellow on the smaller ones.
Finally I added a couple of pink gems to the corners. Very quick to make but looks effective.
