I printed this onto white card. I reprinted the base of the card by using the backing sheet on the reverse side. I then cut out one large teardrop, two smaller teardrops and one sentiment tag and attached these to the base card using foam pads.
I then added the insert panel using d/s tape. By printing another base sheet there are enough pieces left over to make 2 cards.
