I used heave weight card stock for the cards base and regular weight printer paper for the squares. I folded the tiles and glued them to the card base and added a little bling.

Cover an 8x8 card with one of the backing papers, mount the topper onto some gold card leaving a large border, embellish with the matching ribbon.

Create your teabag rosette and attach where indicated, embellish with a brad or bead. Add additional embellishments to suit.
