A tall wing card is large DL size, with a curved top, two wings with decoupage, and apertures with circular 3D inserts. These inserts will move in a draught. There are instructions with photos included in the kit.
The card will fit into a large DL sized envelope and there are instructions on how to make these in the forum under "Tutorials."
This card has a beautiful image of red poppies, blue cornflowers, white daisies and blue butterflies. The poppies can be decoupaged.
