5 x 7 Sympathy Greeting Kit with Decoupage and Wavy CornerCompleted by Susan P. B.

I photo copied onto low gloss photo paper and cut out all the elements. Then I sat and pondered moving pieces around until I knew what do.

First card a no frills card. A corner scalloped pyramid which I accented with a thin purple peel-0ff strip all the way aound the edge. Mounted onto navy blue card stock.

Second card adecoupage. I cut out the bottom of the picture around the bow. Backed it onto the designs backing paper at the bottom which I had obviously cut out. Built up the decoupage with sticky pads adding the cross which I had edged in gold. I then added colour to the flowers, and the plaque. Put peel-off strips around it and added the sentiment. I put the sentiment insert in the card. I then made up the envelope that fits.

Third card is made up of the plaque with two sentiments added to the bottom of it"Thinking of You and Thoughts of Peace. Backed it with a floral paper.

Forth and last I used the remaining small Plaque. added "Held in Prayer" at the bottom. Backed it onto gold card and added two scoll peel-offs top and bottom with small leaves in each corner.

This is a stunning kit to buy and so many possibilities. Sympathy cards don't need to be solemn as long as they are tasteful. Which this kit certainly is.
