I printed the base sheet onto card and then the base and elements sheets onto photo paper. I cut, scored and folded the card print to make the base. I then cut the individual panels from the photo print and stuck it over the card to give a shiny finish.

I then stuck the decoupage in place with 1mm foam pads.
