A pretty stepper card which also rocks. Easy to make with instructions in the kit. Pieces in this kit are separate so you can use the stepper rocker main card in your other projects too.
It has decoupage layers but still looks good even if you decide not to use them. Fits into a standard size C5 envelope.

I printed onto heavy glossy photo card. I scored cut & folded the rocker base. I stuck the banner pieces back to back the cut slots into the top section to put the banner through & attach on the inside with DST.
I then added the insert panel to cover the flaps. I attached the verse panel using DST then assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I made up the bow & attached to the card using DST before finishing with lilac pearls.
