Penguin Pals Panel Stepper Card KitCompleted by Davina Rundle

I printed the stepper base sheet, and the panel sheet on to card, and the decoupage sheet on to paper.

Cut out and folded the stepper. Layered the topper, added this and the text plates to the stepper.

I then embellished with a fish bead, some star beads, gems and glitter. A lovely, very effective design.
