I printed the design on 'Crafty Bob' matte paper. I cut out all the elements and scored and folded the box, I secured with DST. I scored and folded the box cover making sure I didn't glue down the middle section. I glued the front and back to the box.

I cut, scored and folded the other elements and secured the envelope with DST. Great design, great box and easy to follow the instructions and make.
