I printed all sheets onto 190gsm matte photo card. I fastened the panels together using DST & glue stick then removed the slots using my craft knife. I added the decoupage to the panels using 2mm foam pads then assembled by placing the flaps through the slots.

I finished with a narrow royal blue dotty ribbon & bow.
