I printed out romper suit onto heavyweight matt photopaper, and envelope onto 130gsm photopaper, cut out and folded romper suit and added decoupage with foam pads and finished with pink pearl to top of dress.
I then cut out and folded envelope and attached both pieces together with wet glue.
A beautiful design for a new baby girl.
