I printed main card & decoupage elements onto photo paper and the insert onto matt paper.
I stuck the main card part to a piece of white A4 card and cut out then applied decoupage with 3D glue gel.
I added white fine glitter to the tag and goggle eyes to Milly. I printed the envelope onto matt paper and made up using a glue tape.
Simple but effective, Milly is ready to send to the recipient.
