Cuddly Giraffe Shaped Fold Card Kit
As this adorable shaped baby card is a mixture of pink, blue and yellow, making it neutrally toned, it is suitable for the birth of either a boy or a girl and also twins. It can also be used for baby?s first Birthday. This card kit comes with five different sentiment panel layers for the front of the card (plus a blank panel) and four different fully shaped inserts (including a blank one).
The card can be used as a quick card or you can add the optional decoupage layers that are included. It comes with a co-ordinating envelope though it is also sized to fit a standard DL (8.5 x 4.3 inches) envelope if you only want to make the card. Step by step instructions are included on each of the sheets.
This kit contains NINE sheetsto choose from:
- a card base sheet with sentiment panel (Welcome Little One)
- a layers sheet with the optional decoupage layers for the front of the card which includes five different sentiment panel layers (Welcome Little One; A new Baby Girl; A new Baby Boy; It?s Double Trouble; and Baby?s First Birthday) plus a blank sentiment panel layer that you can use to devise your own sentiments
- a card insert sheet which has been left blank for your own greeting or message
- a second insert sheet with a generic new baby greeting (A little baby sweet and new, Congratulations to both of you)
- a third insert sheet with a twins greeting (Two babies came from heaven above, A pair of babies for you both to love)
- a final insert sheet with a first Birthday greeting (You?re one already, How time has flown, It?s hard to believe, Just how much you?ve grown)
- an envelope front sheet
- an envelope back sheet
- a matching backing paper that you can print onto the reverse side of the card base sheet if you would like the inside of the card to be patterned
All sheets are 300dpi, high resolution sheets, for quality printing.

I printed off onto gloss card and insert and envelope on good quality paper .I cut out and scored adding insert with DST and all decoupage using sticky pads .I finished by making up the envelope.
I printed the shaped card on to Crafty Bob's 250gsm matte photo card and all other sheets on to 130gsm paper.
I cut out and folded the card and attached the chosen insert. Layered all elements. Added daisies and a sentiment.
A gorgeous design, with choices for new baby or first birthday.
The card base was printed onto 250gsm matt photo paper, with the backing paper printed onto the reverse side, while the remaining sheets were printed onto 128gsm matt photo paper.
The card and envelope were then made up as per the instructions included on the sheets.
No additional embellishments have been added.
