3D Dolphin Shaped Card Decoupage N EnvelopeCompleted by Barbara Stubbings
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Animals
I copied the design on to good white card and followed the very simple directions to assemble. I added the decoupage using spongy tape, added the Happy Birthday salutation and some googly eyes.
Finally I added a little bit of blue glitter glue so that the water would reflect the light. I made up the envelope and the wee gift card. Aren't dolphins the best!!
