Valentine Birthday Notelet Card Gift Set Bear 3Completed by Anne Sutherland

I made this note let into a valentine card with a tag attached. I printed the backing out and the image a few times and decoupaged it onto the backing. I added cream lace with pink velvet down the middle all around the image and a row of roses.

I die cut heart shapes from the backing and gold card and fixed the lace in between. I added 3 roses to the tag.
