I printed the calendar pieces on Crafty Bob's heavy weight matte photo paper, and the envelope on white cardstock. I followed the directions in the tutorial, using a glue stick as my adhesive. I tied the gift tag to one of the panels by threading the ribbon inside the calendar.

So easy to make and SO clever-a wonderful surprise for the recipient when it literally jumps into shape when removed from the envelope.

Such a fun item to make and give.
