I printed the sheets onto good quality white card. I cut out all of the images and cut and scored the pop-up section of the card with my craft knife.

I attached the decoupage elements with foam pads for a 3D effect and finished by adding a birthday greeting and some gems to the cake.

A quick and simple card to make.
