I printed the base onto smooth white card and the topper onto glossy photo paper, then cut out all the elements, I assembled using the easy to follow instructions adding the decoupage with thin foam pads, I finished by adding a little glitter to the flower centres ,complete with matching envelope certainly has the wow factor.
