3D Christmas Rubber Band Pop Up Box Card - Cute Little Monkey Bing Completed by Margaret McCartney

I printed the box onto 300gsm card and fed it back through the printer to print the backing paper on the reverse and cut it out.

I scored and folded the box as instructed. I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out.

I assembled the box using strong double sided tape. I cut out the 255gsm front and sides and attached them over the 300gsm card using wet glue. I then added glitter to the snow on the front of the card and the sides. I added the crossbars using strong double sided tape.

I added the snowmen, trees and presents to the cross bars using double sided tape and strips of acetate. I added the lamp, one of the snowmen and the greeting to the back panel using double sided tape. This gorgeous design comes with a matching envelope, gift card and tag. I did not use the elastic band as I am not keen on this method.

I had a fight once and the elastic band won. I just love the design though. It folds flat to go into its envelope for posting.
