I printed the design on 'Crafty Bob' matte paper 200gsm. I cut, scored and folded as directed. I haven't decoupaged this design,(the person I made it for wanted it left plain). I printed out the envelope on good quality paper 165gsm cut, scored and folded and secured with DST.
