I printed and cut out all the pieces. I scored and folded following the instructions. I attached the side panels using glue. I built up the decoupage using foam pads. If you make sure all the folds are firmly scored it will fold flat very easily.

I then made up the envelope as instructed this really finished off an already beautiful card.
