I printed the sheet on quality cardstock then cut, scored and folded as indicated. I used quick dry glue to adhere the inside pockets and finished the card with small pink rhinestones and a pink ribbon around the spine.

This adorable design can be used as a card, a gift tag, or even as a journaling pocket when scrapbooking.
