I printed the design on good quality photo paper, I used glue stick to adhere the backs of the plate and stand to the fronts.
The glue stick lets you move the design to line the scallops up.
I attached the sentiment to the back of the plate and assembled the decoupage with silicone glue. Great Design, easy and makes up beautifully.
