I printed out the base card onto heavy weight card stock and cut around the top half of the scalloped circle and folded in half.

I cut out the layers and layered them up.

I added some glossy accents to the perfume bottle top and the centre of the flower on the sentiment tag.

I then printed out the envelope onto 140gsm photo paper and assembled using dst.
