This design I printed out on 190 gram Matt photo paper, cut out all sheets and decoupage elements, I scored and folded all lines as marked as valley and mountain folds and attached sheet 1 to sheet 2 with double sided tape.

I then added the decoupage with foam pads.

Made up the envelope using double sided tape.
