I printed and cut out the design. After trimming, I glued the front and back together, and scored down the middle to make an A5 card. I decoupaged the panel.

I printed out another copy of the front sheet and made a brad using the ladies heads, I fixed this brad to a raised red panel.

I made a label using the ‘Happy Biirthday’ tag.
