I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I printed the easel part of the card onto 300gsm card the fed it back through the printer and printed one of the backing papers onto the reverse.

I cut, scored and folded the easel as instructed. I made a hole in the centre of the bottom panel where indicated. I also made a hole in the centre of the wheel where indicated and I attached the wheel with the numbers to the bottom panel using a brad from my craft box through these two holes.

This allows the wheel to turn. I cut out the front panel and the little square where indicated. I attached the front panel to the bottom panel using thin foam tape at the corners only. This allows the wheel to turn easily and the numbers can be seen in the little square that was cut out.

I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the penguin to the easel using strong double sided tape. I attached the bottom panel with the wheel to the easel using strong double sided tape. This acts as a stopper when the easel is opened and the penguin sits behind it.

When the easel is opened it will sit nicely on a shelf or mantelpiece. This gorgeous card comes with a matching envelope. These designs will be very popular at Christmas.
