He is soooo cute! And he is another of Carol's wonderful On-the-Shelf friends. Her very easy to follow instructions ensure success. I printed the design onto good quality white card and cut out all the elements.

I inked the edge of all the decoupage elements (which I think is important as it hides the white edges on the finished card).

I then assembled the card using spongy tape. Just for fun, I added a little bit of silver glitter glue to the edges of the snowballs and red glitter glue to the holly berries and alternate stripes on his scarf.

The finishing touch was the obligatory cotton wool to the edge of his hat and the pompom.
