I printed the sheets onto A5 size matte photo paper, 128gsm for the envelope, and 250gsm. for the card and scored the sheets where necessary before cutting out the pieces.

I made up the envelope using DSST and followed the instructions to make up the card using sticky pads to add the layers.

I added googly eyes using strong glue. These make Him look great. This card has a Happy Birthday caption. Other captions could be Father's Day, Birthday Boy or Thank You. Just let me know. Robot Tech looks so cute made up half size.
