3D On the Shelf Card Kit - Little Toddler Lucio is the Birthday Boy with ages 1 - 5 age Rosette DecoupageCompleted by Barbara Stubbings

Another of Carol's wonderful On-the-Shelf friends. Her very easy to-follow-instructions ensure success. I printed the design onto good quality white card and cut out all the elements. I inked the edge of all the decoupage elements. I then assembled the card using spongy tape.

To photograph and upload this card, I did attached the extra hands using BluTak (or a temporary adhesive) as I did not want to commit to an age but rather to allow my customers a the craft markets the freedom to choose the appropriate age for the people they are buying for.
