Another of Carol's wonderful On-the-Shelf friends. Her very easy to-follow-instructions ensure success. I printed the design onto good quality white card and cut out all the elements.

I inked the edge of all the decoupage elements (which I think is important as it hides the white edges on the finished card).

I then assembled the card using spongy tape. This one is destined for my young great nephew who surfs with his surfie Dad most weekends.
