I reduced the design by 50% which allows it to go into a 7x5 envelope. The design was printed onto 250 gm card and the pieces cut out. Following the clear and simple instructions I embled the layers using dst and 1mm foam pads where directed.

I used wet glue to stick all the layers of the nail and the driver together to make them more sturdy.
