I add the sentiments before I printed on matte card cut scored and folded then wet glued the sentiment panels in place then added the decoupage with foam squares and glitter paint to give some highlights and Glossy Accents on the glasses.

I printed the envelope on 100gsm paper to complete. this fun card.
