I printed the sheets onto 200gsm matt photo card, scored as shown , cut them out and using the clear instructions given, put the card together, using strong DST for the flat joins and foam tape for the decoupage, I added a little silicone to give the bows shape.

I also added the large plain label to the back of the card with DST. The envelope is also easily put together with strong DST.(not shown)An adorable design, which will be ideal for my Cardiologist daughter's birthday.

I will probably add a 40 badge later,too!! as it's a special one!! I so love this collection of on the shelf cards.
