I reduced the design by 50% and printed onto 250 gm card The finished card will fit into a 7x5 envelope and is very sturdy.

After cutting out all the pieces I embled the design following the simple and clear instructions provided by Carol, using dst and 1mm foam pads where required.

I used wet glue to stick the narrow end of the pipe together to give it strength. Im sure hell soon solve the case!
