Another of Carol's wonderful On-the-Shelf friends. I printed the design onto good quality white card and cut out all the elements. I inked the edges of all the decoupage elements .

And then, following Carol's very easy instructions, I then assembled the card using spongy tape. One of my customers asked to make a bride (her daughter) who was having her attendants wearing navy blue. This is her husband-to-be hence the navy blue hat band. A simple white rose adorns his button hole.
