3D on the Shelf Card Kit - Gossip Galz - Cuppa & Cake ConnieCompleted by Barbara Stubbings

I just love Carol's 'older' ladies! So do my customers. It seems everyone knows someone that they can match them to! The very easy to-follow-instructions ensure success. I printed the design onto good quality white card and cut out all the elements.

I inked the edge of all the decoupage elements. I then assembled the card using spongy tape. Of course, I just HAD to add the 'pearls' to the necklace, the flowers to the hat and the glitter glue to the top of her dress and the cupcake!

What is life without a little bling!
