3D on the Shelf Card Kit - Gossip Galz - Crafting CarlaCompleted by Barbara Stubbings

Another of Carol's wonderful On-the-Shelf friends. Her very easy to-follow-instructions ensure success. I printed the design onto good quality white card and cut out all the elements. I inked the edge of all the decoupage elements and assembled the card using spongy tape.

Carla is so very cool and will suit many of my 'crafty' customers. Thank you Carol!
