Red Christmas Poinsettias 3D Luminary Card KitCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

I printed two copies of the main card, one copy of the decoupage and envelope, and one insert on vellum.

I proceeded according to the excellent included tutorial, using dst to fasten the vellum behind the ovals and a glue stick to stick the side panels together.

I colored the outer cut edges of the card with a metallic gold marker, then added the decoupage (front and back around the oval) and a sentiment with silicone.

Added a glittery red ribbon to both sides and some glitter glue accents. The lower photo shows the luminary in low light conditions-it's simply wonderful, but hard to photograph. Stunning!
