OccasionI just had to have this one when I saw it. I would call them helibores rather than poppies though. I printed out all the pages and have made them up in 3 different ways.
The one pictured I mounted the base layer on to a large dl card with dst. I then added the two layers of decoupage using 3mm foam pads to give depth. I used the 'lace' sheet inside and added a printed birthday verse. I highlighted parts of the flowers with diamond glitter glue and added a pink organza bow to the centre panel.
I finished off with an extra butterfly.
