Black Gold Flake Merry Christmas Large Dl Decoupage Card KitCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

I printed the base card on Crafty Bob's 250gm matte photo paper and the other layers on lighter weight (165gm) matte photo paper.

There are so many options with this card, and easily enough layers for two cards, but I scored and folded the base card and the insert, then stuck them together with DST and added a smaller die cut scalloped white card inside for writing on.

I cut just the front part of the over-the-edge layer and added it to the base card with thin foam pads.

I punched a few snowflakes from white glitter paper and glued them here and there, then fussy cut the large black snowflakes and added them so they were slightly elevated, with silicone gel.

Finally, I added lots of gold glitter outlining and a sheer black and gold ribbon. Absolutely elegant!!
