Print 2 sheets of the main picture and 1 decoupage sheet. Cut out the checked square and the framed picture from the second sheet. Decoupage all pieces with foam pads. Add dots of blue irredescent glitter glue to picture frame and bow and around the edges of the envelope.

Glaze the brads, happy birthday and the diamond detail.
