Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Before cutting out I cut two edges from the front piece and the reverse of it. I then attached these together using the two cut edges as a guideline to line them up. I then cut them out together.
I then attached them to the back of the middle piece and added the back pieces. Cut out the other pieces and attached using foam pads.
