Purple Butterfly Hand Bag Kit

Printed onto 190gsm matte photo paper then cut out all the elements. Glued the patterned inner to the inside and waited for it to dry. Assembled the decoupage butterfly using 2mm foam dots and glued the handles together stopping about a half inch before the butterflies at the ends.

Glued the two sides of the tag together and added a gold birthday greeting.

Once all the glue had dried, I then scored and folded on the indicated lines, glued the handles to the top of the bag, attached the decoupage, then the tag and the keys around the handle with white ribbon. Final touch was to add a layer of glossy accents to the large 'button' on the bag flap.

A great colourful and very appealing keepsake.
