Once you have crafted the Cover, it is removeable and can be placed over a new Box of Tissues when your other becomes empty. I printed the sheets onto 216gsm smooth card. I cut out all the pieces and assembled following the instructions provided. I do not have a kleenex box and the one I have is smaller then the cover but it's fine.
