I printed the card sheets onto 250gsm matte photo paper, and the envelope onto 128gsm. I made up the envelope first then cut out the card pieces, scoring and folding the card base where needed.

I added the layers using sticky pads and completed the card with the Happy Birthday caption. You could also have Congratulations, Get Well Soon or Good Luck. Just let me know.
