First Communion or Religious Occasion
A gatefold card with a dove on the outside, a cross, a chalice and a rosary on the inside. It is suitable for First Communion, Confirmation, ordination or any religious occasion as there is a blank tag for your own message.
The kit includes card fronts and back, inside fronts, insert, decoupage, pyramids, greetings, envelope and instructions.

I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I attached the back of the design to white card and cut the card to match the shape of the design.
I added the gatefold doors to the white card using strong double sided tape.
I then added the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape. The insert hides the joins where the doors were attached. I added the inside of the doors using strong double sided tape. I assembled the pyramid and decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
I printed the envelope onto 160gsm paper and cut it out. I assembled the envelope using strong double sided tape. A beautiful card when completed. A huge thank you to Mary for designing this card for me.
