I printed the main card onto smooth white card and the decoupage onto glossy photo paper,I cut scored and folded the base card and added the decoupage with thin foam pads, using embroidery thread for the ballon cords ,I printed the matching envelope onto 160gms paper cut scored and folded and secured with dst,A lovely keepsake for a new baby boy.
